Olympic fever
Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps are once again making news in the 2008 Olympic edition. I came across this link which gives a slight overview of their diets.
Hmmm .... I think i can reach the mark set by Michael. I am already eating as much as he does (may be more) . A bit of more food here and there and Michael Phelps will soon have a competition .
